For most buildings you will need council approval around Australia. We will allow you the Engineers details of the building with a 10% deposit. Your job will then be reserved until you notify us with the council’s approval letter. We then need a further 40% deposit which will get your job into production. We work with you and the council to get the results needed or your deposit is refunded (minus any admin charges that may have incurred).

All costing is fully explained on the quotation, no surprises when buying from shed Experts.

The wind rating will be determined by your post code and will be the correct rating for your area as determined by the council.

This is a personal choice but all our buildings need footings and the designs will be given out with the quote. Concrete floors can be added at a later date if necessary.

Within reason, we can design your own specifications with our computer assisted technology.

All the materials are covered by manufacturing warranty. All our sheds are made from 100% Australian Blue Scope Steel, no imported materials are used.

The majority of our customers erect their own sheds following our easy step by step instructions supplied. Help is available from our customer service department and additional assistance from the Engineers department. We can also provide you with a preferred builders list and the full turnkey costing.

The delivery details are always included on the quote. Your shed will be delivered within 21 working days from receipt of the payment and returned paperwork.
